This is a huge specimen of an extremely high quality Russian mineral known as Charoite. It's an extremely rare mineral found only along the Charo river in Siberia Russia. It's incredibly difficult to find large specimens of this beautiful mineral, let alone one of this amazing quality.
It is fully polished on the cut face, on the bottom, aswell as the top. It is entirely self standing and will make a truly one of a kind addition to a serious collectors display, or a show piece for someones mantle or curio cabinet.
