Our policies on shipping are pretty simple:
Be at least 18 years of age or older.
An adult signature will be required for all sales of air guns.
We do NOT ship outside the United States, to US territories, APO addresses, or PO boxes.
On the official Crosman eBay Store our policy is to ship to locations in the contiguous United States (all but Alaska and Hawaii). However, states & municipalities have established certain laws & limitations and we reserve the right not to ship particular products to those locations.

Most of the products shipped within the contiguous U.S. are delivered via UPS Ground® Services.
Orders shipped via UPS Ground® typically take from 1-5 business days to arrive from the time the package leaves our facility.

Return Policy
If you are not pleased with your merchandise for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt. Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, sellable condition cannot be returned without prior authorization from a Crosman Customer Service representative. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of fifteen (15%) percent and Shipping & Handling charges cannot be refunded.
The Checklist
Your purchase will include instructions on how to return the item. They include:
Pack all items being returned securely in the original package if possible.
Fill out and include a copy of the form included with your purchase (keep a copy for your records)
Return using the enclosed prepaid UPS Return Label. Returns sent otherwise are not the responsibility of Crosman.
Please allow two weeks to process refunds and replacements.
