Up for sale is a used GE Everest XLC800 8.4mm 3M Borescope. This scope seems to have a short at the bottom of the wiring. At one point I could wiggle the end of the wiring harness and it would flicker on and work for a while. Now for the most part it doesn't come on but sometimes I can power it up and everything will be fine. Sometimes it turns on and the screen doesn't work but you can navigate the direction of the probe with the joystick, sometimes the opposite where the joystick doesn't work but the screen shows images fine. It seems liek most of the time now none of the buttons work but just the other day they were working fine when I would wiggle the harness just right. I'm assuming it needs rewired ro something reconnected inside. This is why I am selling it as-is for parts/not working. Oh, also when nothing is on the screen the screen does still have a glow to it. I'm about certain it's the wire from the power supply box to the unit, not the fiber cable to end of probe. This is just a bit out of my range of my repair so I am not going to touch it.
It includes what's pictured only. The little tip included is P100G. There are certification papers that show it was certified in late December 2016. There's also a USB drive for some kind of upgrade that I didn't look into. Also, the case doesn't fit the probe cable properly as something must be in the case so it will ship outside of the case but you'll still get the case.
