    Savasana
    -Sit on a pillow with your legs crossed naturally.
    -Keep your knees are on the ground, straighten the pelvis and naturally extend the spine.
    -Back your shoulders and put your hands to a comfortable position.
    -Relax and keep your body stable .Feel the inner consciousness and let it flow naturally through your whole body.
    -Keep it for 3-5 minutes.
    Paschimottanasana
    -Stretch your legs forward and place a pillow above your legs.
    -Feel the body stretching toward the ceiling.
